Multivitamins are a common
supplement designed to ensure that your body receives the full
complement of vitamins. A typical diet does not supply all of the
vitamins that a body uses to balance out the metabolic processes. The
multivitamins are available many different formats, such as tablets,
powders, capsules, and liquids. Multivitamins are of particular concern
for those with limited diets, such as those on a weight loss regimen,
vegetarians, people with food allergies, and those who are or have
recently been ill. Multivitamins not only come in a wide variety of
forms, but also in extremely varied compositions to allow for people
with special conditions, or those who need more of a particular vitamin
