- All orders placed by 12.00pm are dispatched on the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days.
- Depending on itmes weight shipping methods will diplay at the checkout
- If your parcel does not arrive within specified time please contact us immediately.

- For you account security we advise to create a strong password that is a mix of numbers and characters.
- We have taken extra steps to make sure any information that you provide is securely stored and shopping with us is safe - we have implemented Secure Socket Layer (SSL) provided by Comodo which means all information given are encrypted and can't be red by 3rd parties.
- Returns & Refunds
- If you are not happy with goods purchased you can request to return them no longer then 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be sealed in original packaging and undamaged. Please note buyer covers the cost of returning product to us.
- If your goods arrive in damaged box please sing for them as damaged and contact us withing 1 working day for further instructions.
- Once we receive the damaged goods we will issue the refund within 3 working days.
- Ordering
- From product page select desired quantity, if product consist variations like (flavour, size, colour) select disired option and click add to basket button.
- After you finished shopping click on basket icon and proceed to checkout where you can register an account or checkout as a quest.
- Enter your billing and delivery details, select shipping and payment method.
- Double check all the information entered and click on ''Place Order'' buttton.

- Payments are taken through PayPal payment gateway and all major card are accepted.
