Lenny and Larry's, a company established in 1993, has been producing fantastic quality baked goods which are not only delicious, but are also rich in protein and fibre.

Lenny and Larry's came to be, by the hand of two gym-rats who were tired of eating the same old boring diets. Chicken breast, broccoli and shakes galore, every day... They believed that there had to be a better way to get a protein-rich diet by other means, with something tasty and enjoyable! The result, was the concoct all of the delicious things they liked to eat, and amend the recipes to incorporate protein.
