A breathtaking portion - 1250mg of calcium B-hydroxy-B-methylobutyrate in a single MEGA CAPS® capsule. Such a high dose of HMB produces a product of very strong anti-catabolic action, which at the same time stimulates the action of anabolic enzymes producing protein. HMB is the short-chain fat derivative of L-leucine obstructing the operation of catabolic enzymes which destroy the muscle proteins both during and after training. The product prevents the burning of amino acids for energy purposes and at the same time saves muscle mass and stimulates fatty cells to engage their reserves. The preparation accelerates muscle mass building and reduces the quantity of subcutaneous fat. 2-4 capsules daily, for optimal results take 1 capsule two up to four times a day (before breakfast, before and after training and before sleep).
